£87 million AIM IPO raising £25 million on admission

Singer Capital Markets acted as Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker to Springfield Properties (SPR.LN) on their successful IPO on AIM in October 2017. The company raised £25 million on admission in a significantly oversubscribed fundraise and admitted with a market cap of £87 million. Following its IPO, the Share Price was up 5% on admission; 9% increase to first week close and 5.7% to first month close.

 

Following its IPO, Springfield Properties successfully raised an additional £15 million in May 2018 and a further £22 million in December 2021, which was used to support the Acquisition of Tulloch Homes.
