On Tuesday 6th November 2018, Tech Track held their 18th annual Tech Track 100 Awards Dinner at The Brewery in the City of London.
The Tech Track 100 league table ranks Britain’s top 100 private tech (TMT) companies with the fastest-growing sales over their latest three-years. With strong criteria to be entered into the league table, including sales of at least £250,000 in the base year, and sales of at least £5m in the latest year, the Tech Track 100 league table has become increasingly prestigious, with more and more companies entering the league table year on year.
This year’s Tech Track league table showed all companies with an increased combined sales by a record average of 101% a year over three years from combined sales of £541m to £3.3bn. All companies combined employ 19,300 staff, with 14,00 jobs added over the past three years, and 48 companies reported an operating profit, with an average margin of 15%.
As extremely proud sponsors of Tech Track since 2016, we were delighted to sponsor the ‘Best Use of IP’ award for another year. Presented by Tim Cockroft, CEO and Founder of Singer Capital Markets, the award this year was won by iPulse, and presented to Alice Avis, Non-executive Director. iPulse designs and manufactures IPL (intense pulsed light) hair removal products for use in the home. iPulse is unique in combining technological innovation with clinical understanding of skin-light interaction, and the company now distributes its products to 11 international markets.
Many congratulations to all of the award winners, nominees, and companies listed on this year’s Tech Track 100 league table.
