Set out below are the qualitative and quantitative reports required to be provided under Article 3(3) of RTS 28, as transcribed into UK law on 1 January 2021 through COBS 11 Annex 1.This provides a summary of the analysis and conclusions based upon Singer Capital Markets’ monitoring of the quality of execution obtained on the execution venues executed on behalf of clients.
